.For the 2019 olympic games
.Locial engagement project = art that is designed to be presented in a
public space as opposed to a gallery
.Displayin nodes around grandville island (capture nodes) uniquely made to capture different type of images from different angles and perspectives.etc.
each obtaining a mini CPU GPS and a Xbee Radio allowing the
nodes to send data to the main CPU located at ECU
.Investagating neural networks/vision/surveillance.

outcomes and objectives:

-explore the different ways to engage people and technology (mainly cam nods )
-collaborate ideas and put input into discussion .
-organizing and planning
-installment of certain nodes and operate them

-how to work in a collaborative group planning and scheduling.

-practicing a more professional way of working with people/clients. have a better understanding of they way out art system operates in vancouver.

-being apart of the 2010 olympics.

-familiarizing myself with the art community and further my studies in art.

I would like to create a, simple, clean, interactive website for my mom’s Dry-cleaning business. This web site will be easy to navigate yet still show eye catching design aspects. This web page will be up and running, will a provider by the end of this course.

this project has been sitting in the back of my head for a while now, and this seems like a perfect time to get started on it.

simple, easy to navigate website for my mom’s dry cleaning store.

i think this project im going to do a little gif of how a child sees the world even with all its horrible issues that are happening today.

so the gif will be a collage of pictures relating to the global problems, and later on a little boy/or girl will walk cross the screen and as he or she pass images the image will change to how the child will see it.

well today  was my first day back into ians clas, pretty excited, actually extremely ! i was actually lookin really forward to this class haha and no im not kissin butt =P

alright well i have nothing to write  and im kinda sleepy gotta dry my socks aswell….stupid rain boo~

its been awhile since i posted as you have all noticed.

our arg’s is comin along great! im excited to see what everyone will come up with , with only a week and a bit left im a little fustrated about the nat bailey thing – -;;; its acutally SO MUCH on my mind that i had a dream about it last night….

let me explain…

as i was sittin in front of my computer right before bed i was thinking how i could relate nat bailey to anything and i came up with nothing……so i went to bed…..and then my dream was how i googles nat bailey online on google and i got pulled into my computer and then i met the dude from kingdom hearts 2 i dono what his was. the rest of it is a little mucky cant rememebr.

yup yup so im in design his right now gotta get  back! =D toodles~

the geocachin was GREAT! it was sooooo much fun. i am happy to finally feel so close to everyone in the class, i think that this project really helped me get to know my fellow classmates =)…..it crazy how its all gonna b over soon =(

Read me a lil’ riddle was so fun to do

felix and i really wanted to do riddles for this project, i had quite a hard time finding a riddle for this project, in the end i had to make up the riddles from scratch =D

“we see you every morning, you look right through us, we get pushed and pulled everyday and night. however unlike my 5 friends, ill give you a fight. you can push and pull with all your might. but im sorry im just a little uptight.”

this is the first riddle was for the first cach. we thought about the front doors and how the far right one was always very stiff and heavy to pull open. (but today it was open, because? i dont know someone kept opening it)

“when you have too much to carry and dont know what to do, you can go to a location safe and secure, throw all your junk in and run off to lecture. if you still cant find me read this again, remember 3 times the charm.  (O_o)”

this riddle was the 2nd one that was found, this riddle takes you to a place. the location hidden inside the puzzle. which takes you to the prize.

* this project was AWSOME! i had a hard time with this because ARG and GEO was really confusing for me and it is kind of, im not sure where the line is drawn between them so we were scared that we may have put too many steps into one cach and accidentally turned it into a ARG.

HALLOWEEN UPDATE

i went clubbing on halloween =D

IT WAS HORRIBLE never go club on halloween~ it is packed. i went to sonar and there were seriously BILLIONS of people just standing there waiting to enter.

theres like 3 clubs on water street so in the end we didnt even know which line up was to which club. THANK GOD my friends put us on the VIP list so we got in.

HOWEVER! inside was packed also

** i swear if another monster bloody whatever touches me again i will punch them out = = ARG!

but all in all it was alot of fun =D i was  MINI MOUSE~ =D

follow up on the flip book…

last week i posted on someone eles wall *jokinly* “lets trade flip books” (cause i liked it alot) mwahhahha~

this week i got a respond *non jokinly* YES~

hum……..thinking it over i think its not such a bad idea anymore =] so yay maybe next week ill obtain a new flip book~ ( imma take good care of it just incase that person becomes filthy rich famous some day and then i can sell it and make millions MWAHAHAHAHAHA~!)

GEOCACHING

at first when i herd of this game, when ian told us about it in the start of the course, i was SO un interested… and found it SO not appealing to me….

but now

OMG i wanna call work off tomorrow and find all the ones near my house = = haha….

hummmm….earning money…..vs…..finding…..stuff……tough choice

geocaching is fun =) i wouldnt say that i LOVE it  so much that i would find Twenty a day but it sure b fun makin u all run around the island looking for my little clues~ LOL
